Development History

2008

Predecessor
In 2008, Jiangsu Youbang Advertising Technology Co., Ltd. was established as the predecessor to the group, having acquired 12 mu of land and built a 4,000-square-meter standardized factory building.
As one of the first domestic manufacturers of outdoor advertising lightboxes, Ainl achieved an output value of 5 million RMB in its first year.
2012

Growth
In 2012, Jiangsu Ainl Urban Furniture Technology Co., Ltd. was established, having acquired 25 mu of land and built a 9,000-square-meter standardized factory building.
As the first in the industry to introduce a fully automated CNC sheet metal and coating production line, Ainl became a leader in the domestic news-reading board sector that year, and was designated as an official cooperative partner for the newspaper industry in the Huaihai region.
2014

Development
In 2014, Jiangsu Ainl Group Co., Ltd. was established. To meet the growing demands of the group's development, 145 mu of land was acquired in 2016, along with the construction of over 60,000 square meters of standardized factory space.
Ainl is recognized as a 'National High-tech Enterprise', a 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) Enterprise of Jiangsu Province', and a 'Gazelle Enterprise'. As the president unit of the industry association, it has grown into the largest and most renowned manufacturer of urban street furniture in China.
2016

Launch
In 2016, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Ainl Smart Parking Co., Ltd., was established, with a production area of over 20,000 square meters.
Ainl is equipped with three fully automated production lines (including a robotic welding line), with an annual production capacity of over 1,000 sets of various steel structure buildings. The company has also participated in multiple major provincial and municipal projects, including Suqian University and the high-speed railway station.
2023

Pioneer
In 2023, Ainl established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Caikeruibo, having acquired over 120 mu of land and built more than 60,000 square meters of standardized factory space.
Empowered by technology, Ainl has partnered with top domestic tech firms to establish a Provincial Enterprise Engineering Research Center and a Key Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. The facility features three major categories of laboratories for functional validation, performance testing, and reliability verification, alongside a cultural and experiential exhibition hall spanning over 3,000 square meters. Positioned in the high-end smart product sector, Ainl is strategically expanding into the global market. In 2025, the company's annual output value surpassed 100 million RMB for the first time.
